Many a times you need to change/modify an RDP port for your Windows system, you can do so easily just by performing certain registry modifications. You will have to use Regedit, a software tool for finding, editing your computer’s Windows Registry.
You can use Regedit software which is available with your Windows OS to launch Regedit software you need to click “Start > Run”. Now, type regedit in the Run box. A Windows will appear and you are directed to Registry Editor window.

Now once you are in Registry Editor follow following steps for modifying RDP port.

• Locate and then click the following registry subkey:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\TerminalServer\WinStations\RDP-Tcp\PortNumber

• On the “Edit” menu, click “Modify” and then click “Decimal”.

• Enter the new port number, and then click “OK”.

That’s all you have successfully modified RDP port for your system by modifying your registry through regedit command.

1. Login to Plesk.
2. Click on the domain name in the list at the bottom.
3. Click on Databases.
4. Click on Add New Database.
5. Enter a database name and select Microsoft SQL Server as type.
6. Click OK. This will take you to the Database Users window.
7. Click Add New Database User.
8. Enter a username and a password twice.
9. Click on OK. The user will be added to the database. That’s all you have successfully created database and user for it.
